摘要文章分析了奥巴马新亚太战略的原因,美国基于其经济、政治、军事、资源等实力与战略利益的考虑推出了新亚太战略;阐述了奥巴马国家安全战略的新思维以及美国新亚太战略的突出表现,探讨了奥巴马关于国家安全的新思维并且会对中日带来不同的影响:美国新亚太战略对中国带来战略压力,亚太战略对日本的影响利弊兼有。
