摘要
通过将不同投料比的叔碳酸乙烯酯/醋酸乙烯酯(Veo Va10/VAc)聚合成Poly(Veo Va10-VAc)乳液,加入到水泥砂浆中,以提高其力学性能。采用Fourier变换红外光谱,X射线衍射以及热重分析对水泥中的VAc中酯基的水解及醋酸根基团和无机化合物之间的反应进行了表征。结果表明,随着投料比中Veo Va10的增加,聚合物中VAc单元的水解减少。聚合物中VAc单元的水解程度和聚合物乳液的成膜性对改性水泥砂浆的粘合强度、挠曲强度以及抗压强度有较大影响。Veo
A variety of poly (vinyl ester of versatic 10-vinyl acetate) (poly (VeoVal 0-VAc)) emulsions with different VeoVal 0/VAc feed mass ratios were introduced to modify the mechanical properties of cement mortars. The hydrolysis of ester groups of VAc units and the reaction between acetate groups and inorganic compounds in the mortars were analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry, respectively. The results show that the hydrolysis of VAc is inhibited when VeoVal0 moieties is increased. The mechanical properties of the modified cement mortars, i.e., adhesive strength, flexural strength and compressive strength, are related to the hydrolysis of VAc and the film formation of the polymer emulsions. The optimal mechanical property can be achieved when the feed mass ratio of VeoVal 0 to VAc is 20/80.
