外科医生与科研
摘要
“让外科医生专心开刀”，这是反科研呼声中最响亮的一句。的确，大多数外科医生完全没有必要兼做科研，科研也不是衡量医术高低的指标。但是，这并不意味着外科医生可以完全与科研划清界限。外科医生需要具备一定的科研素养，在世界范围内已被普遍认可。许多知名医学院有SurgeonScientistProgram或者类似的培训计划，外科医生在住院医师培训阶段或做Fellow期间，需要在实验室专职工作1—3年。
