The scale and technological process of fractionation technology from palm oil, the technology and operation requirement of key equipment such as the crystal tank and diaphragm filter were introduced. The factor affecting fractionation result was concluded and the menu was formulated, as well as how to control process quality and improve the yield and stearin purity. The refinery of palm oil was described, the differences between fractionation and winterization were introduced.
