储粮安全水分的应用贯穿粮食仓储管理工作的始终,从入库质量控制到日常保管以及粮食出库数量的损溢核算都与之相关。在仓储设施条件不断改善、仓储管理日益规范、粮油储藏技术发展的趋势下,粮食安全储存水分标准的制定和执行应针对不同情况加以灵活运用,以达到粮食安全和绿色环保、节能减排的要求。
