摘要
介绍了40GBase-T布线用CAT8(水平对绞八类铜缆)相关标准的制定概况和CAT8的一些重要性能指标,并在此基础上指出在CAT8开发和设计过程需要注意的事项。国内的线缆企业应抓住CAT8新标准制定的契机,提前开发,适时将开发出满足标准的CAT8产品推向市场,提升企业的整体技术竞争能力。
The standard development status and some important specifications of CAT8 for 40GBase-T are introduced, and on this basis the attention points in the development and design are pointed out. The domestic manufacturers should sieze the opportunity of new standard of CAT8 to develop the cables which meet the standard to put them into market so as to enhance enterprisers compatibility.
