摘要
研究了孔隙率对Ti-7.5Nb-4Mo-2.5Sn形状记忆多孔合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着孔隙率的增大,孔径逐渐增大且逐步连通,合金的弹性模量、屈服强度和压缩强度逐渐下降。不同孔隙率Ti-7.5Nb-4Mo-2.5Sn多孔合金均具备超弹性能,但孔隙率的增加会使合金超弹性能下降。
The effect of the porosity on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the shape memory porous alloy Ti-7.5Nb-4Mo-2.5Sn was investigated. The results show that the pore size of the porous alloy Ti-7.5Nb-4Mo-2.5Sn becomes bigger and the pores communicate with each other gradually with the increase of the porosity, and the elasticity modulus, yield strength and compressive strength of the alloy decrease. The porous alloys Ti-7.5Nb-4Mo-2.5Sn with different porosity present super elasticity performance, but the super elasticity performance decreases with the increase of the alloy porosity.
