摘要
以建筑用X80M管线钢为对象,利用金相显微镜、力学性能测试仪、能谱分析仪和化学成分分析等方法,研究冲击过程中X80M管线钢的失效原因。结果表明,X80M管线钢组织中大量的带状组织是其失效的主要原因。
The failure reason of X80M pipeline steel during impact was studied by metallographic microscope, mechanical properties tester, energy dispersive X-ray detector, and chemical component analysis. The results show that the main reason for failure of X80M pipeline steel is that there are abundant banded structure in the plate roll, which are brittleness structure.
