摘要
针对某工厂对框架冲压件的技术要求,深入分析该件的成形工艺,制定出冲孔落料复合、成形、切口、冲四缺口4道工序冲压成形工艺,并设计模具结构、分析模具特点及工作过程。经生产实际检验表明,整套模具结构设计合理,动作稳定可靠,冲压件完全达到技术要求。
According to the technical requirements of the frame stamping, the forming process of frame was analyzed, and the dies was designed, including punching and blanking die, forming die, incision die and louvered die. The structures, characteristics and working processes were analyzed. The practical tests show that the overall structure of the mold is reasonable, the movement is stable and reliable, the products can be up to the technical requirements.
