摘要
基于PLC控制焊接工艺参数研究了数控CCD视觉定位磨边机的焊接行为,分析了送丝速度、激光功率和保护气流量对磨边机用钢焊缝区焊接质量的影响。结果表明,数控CCD视觉定位磨边机用钢合宜的激光焊接工艺为:送丝速度为9 m/min,激光功率8 k W,保护气为100%Ar。
The welding behavior of numerical control CCD visual localized edge grinding machine was investigated under different welding technology parameters based on PLC control, the effects of wire feed speed, laser power and protection gas flow on the welding quality of steel weld zone were analyzed. The results show that, in welding process using numerical control CCD visual localized edge grinding machine, the proper laser welding parameters of the steel is the wire feeding speed of 9 m/min, the laser power of 8 kW, the protective gas flow of 100%At.
