摘要
采用特制螺钉和加强锁结构,使用缝合无焊补修复工艺方法,对大型HT250灰铸铁件局部裂纹进行修复处理,以替代焊补工艺,施工方便,解决了现场修复问题,避免热应力变形、二次裂纹现象,取得了满意的修复效果。
Using special lock screw and strengthened lock structure, and sewing non-welding repairing method to repair local crock in HT250 large gray iron castings instead of welding process, the onsite repair problems in the construction can be solved conveniently, avoiding thermal stresses deformation and secondary crack phenomenon, achieving satisfactory repair effect.
