志贺氏菌检测方法的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 志贺氏菌是最常见的食源性细菌,食用被其污染的食物,可引起人类肠道疾病的发生。因此,在食品中对这种病原菌建立快速有效的检测方法显得至关重要。对目前研究较为成熟的几种志贺氏菌检测技术进行综合比较,以期得出一种相对快速、有效的检测出志贺氏菌的方法。
