神经导航与术中超声在脑胶质瘤手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性颅内恶性肿瘤[1],其治疗方法包括手术、放疗、化疗、生物治疗等,迄今为止手术切除仍是最有效的治疗手段。但肿瘤呈浸润性生长,与周围正常脑组织分界不清,常规手术很难做到完全切除。这将直接影响病人预后和术后复发情况。正是在这种情况下,神经导航和术中超声的联合应用,可使术者准确判断肿瘤的位置情况,明确肿瘤周边的解剖关系,对于全切除肿瘤提供了重要保障。
