摘要
随着我国能源结构的调整和发展,标准化作为石油工业发展的基础技术支撑,其标准化对象和工作范围也在不断扩展。本文通过对石油天然气工业标准多头归口、体系交叉重复、技术指标不一致等标准化风险的问题分析,探讨了如何健全完善石油工业各专业标准化协调机制的问题。
With the adjustment and development of China＇s energy structure, standardization has continuously expanded its object and scope as the basic technical support for petroleum industry. This paper analyzes the problems on standardization risks, such as the multiple management departments for oil and gas industry standards, crossed and repeated systems, incongruous technical indicators, etc., and discusses how to perfect each specialized standardization coordination mechanism in the petroleum industry.
