Wingspan支架治疗症状性颅内椎基底动脉硬化狭窄的效果 被引量：3

摘要 椎基底动脉狭窄引起的后循环缺血性卒中致残、致死率高，抗栓治疗效果不佳。支架成形术作为药物抗栓治疗外的一种补充治疗手段，其临床效果已经得到了临床证实。近期的药物与支架对比研究结果显示，支架成形术短期内终点事件发生率远高于药物组，
