The relationship between dysregulated glucose metabolism and breast carcinoma

摘要 糖代谢异常会增加恶性肿瘤患病的概率。高血糖是乳腺癌的致病危险因素,并且对乳腺癌的治疗及预后有不利影响。对临床医师来说,在治疗乳腺癌的同时调节异常的糖代谢可改善其治疗效果和提高预后。以下就与乳腺癌相关的糖代谢异常的最新研究进展作一综述。 The onset of dysregulated glucose The hyperglycemia is the risk factor of breast cancer metabolism increases the risk of malignant tumors. and may influence the breast cancer therapy in an unfavorable way as well as poor prognosis. For clinicians, the control of abnormal glucose metabolism during the breast cancer therapy may improve the drug's effect and patients' prognosis.
