正常高值血压临床研究进展

高血压是一组临床综合征，起病缓慢，理论上每一个高血压患者都会经历正常高值血压阶段。2003年，美国高血压预防、检测、评估与治疗联合委员会（thejoint national committee on prevention, detection, evaluation, and treatment of high blood pressure,JNC）第7次报告（JNC7）首次提出将血压120～139／80～89mmHg（1mm Hg=0．133kPa）定义为高血压前期口。
