一种速度可调节塑料薄膜收卷机裁切装置的研制

摘要 本装置主要适用于全自动塑料薄膜收卷机,在分析提高现有生产工艺要求基础上,研发了一种全新的速度可调式薄膜裁切装置,有效的避免了人工裁切带来的危险性,解决了厚膜、多层膜不能快速准确裁断的问题。实现了薄膜收卷机在成品满卷换卷时无需人工操作能够定位准确地瞬间划断薄膜,提高了整机工作效率和产品质量,降低了人工成本。 The device is mainly applied to automatic plastic film winding machine. Based on the increasing existed production process, we develop ped a new adjustable-speed film cutting device, which effectively avoids dangers of hand-cut and solve problems that thick and multilayer films cannot be quickly and accurately cut. The device implements that the film winding machine can cut the film accurately and instantly without manual operation when roll changing. The device improves the overall efficiency and product quality and reduces labor costs.
