通过分析近6年铁路罐车罐体安全检测工作存在的不足之处,从提高检定人员对罐体安全检测工作的认识、加强罐车容积计量站同铁路相关部门的业务联系、强化职工罐体安全检测技能培训等方面提出改进建议,以进一步完善铁路罐车罐体的安全检测流程,促进安全检测工作更加顺利地开展。

By analyzing deficiencies existing in safety verification of railway tanker and tanker body in recent 6 years, the paper proposes to make improvement from such aspects as to enhance the understanding of the staffs concerning the safety verification of railway tankers, to strengthen the business contact between the tanker metering station and the competent railway authorities and reinforce staff training on skills concerning the safety verification of railway tankers, etc. In this way, it can further improve the safety verification process for railway tank and tank body, helping to conduct safety verification for railway tank and tank body more smoothly.
