锥体罐车外测法辅助工装研究

Study on Auxiliary Toolings Applied in External Measurement of Cone Tankers

采用外测法检定一些新型锥体铁路罐车时,存在不能直接测量罐体端部测量截面外横直径和圆筒周长的问题。为此设计一套由磁性U型铝合金框尺、加长磁性拐尺和磁性T字尺组成的锥体罐车外测法辅助工装。介绍辅助工装的设计思路、结构、测量原理、偏差分析,以及辅助工装的具体使用方法。

The problem that the end of a cone tanker, the outer transverse diameter of its cross section and the perimeter of its cylinder cannot be measured directly exists when applying external measurement to verify some new type cone tankers. Therefore, a set of auxiliary toolings that are applied in external measurement of cone tankers has been designed, including a U-shape aluminium alloy framed rule, an extended magnetic angle rule and a magnetic T-shape rule. The paper introduces the design concept, structure, measuring principle and variance analysis of the auxiliary toolings as well as their specific operation.
