侯江红教授治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的经验

Experience of Professor Hou Jianghong in Treating Infantile Capillary Bronchitis

目的探讨侯江红教授运用中医药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床经验。方法通过跟师学习,观察临床上毛细支气管炎小儿的特征表现,归纳总结侯江红教授从事临床工作30余年运用中医药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床经验。结果侯江红教授通过中医药的灵活运用治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,临床疗效肯定,并且通过治疗后期调理脾胃还能够有效改善患毛细支气管炎后小儿体质虚弱的情况。结论侯江红教授运用中医药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,对临床用药具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To explore the experience of Professor Hou Jianghong in treating infantile capillary bronchitis. Methods Through learning with teacher, we observed the characteristics of the children with capillary bronchitis, and summarized and analyzed the treatment of infantile capillary bronchitis in traditional Chinese medicine given by Professor Hou Jianghong who has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years. Results Professor Hou Jianghong has obtained good curative effect in treating infantile capillary bronchitis through the flexible application of traditional Chinese medicine, and regulating spleen and stomach can effectively improve the poor constitution after suffering from capillary bronchitis. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine of Professor Hou Jianghong in treating infantile capillary bronchitis has a certain guiding significance for clinical medicine.
