黄煌教授应用麻黄附子细辛汤经验

Application Experience of Professor Huang Huang on Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction

目的讨论经方麻黄附子细辛汤的应用,麻黄附子细辛汤出自《伤寒论》301条:"少阴病,始得之,反发热,脉沉者,麻黄附子细辛主之"。原方由麻黄二两、细辛二两、附子一枚组成,是治疗太阴少阴两感的代表方。黄煌教授多年来潜心于经方的研究,发现麻黄附子细辛汤具有扶阳解表之功。可广泛应用于阳虚诸症,应用要点1)脉沉细。2)精神萎靡。3)痰多清稀、小便清长、面色黄暗。附子需先煎久煎。笔者临证用治多种疾病取得良好疗效。

Objective To discuss the application of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction. Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction originates from article301 of Shanghan Lun： ＂ Shaoyin disease, registration, the fever, sinks of arteries and veins, Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction as the god＂.The original prescription was two Liang ephedra, two Liang as arum, and an aconite, and is the representative prescription for taiyin and shaoyin. Professor Huang Huang dedicated to the study of classical prescriptions for many years, and found that Mahuang Fuzi Xixin de-coction has the function of nourishing yang and resolving superficies. It can be widely used in all yang deficiency syndromes, and the ap-plication points： deep and thin pulse, depression, and thin phlegm, clear urine in large amounts and dark yellow complexion. Aconite should be fried first for long time. The author had obtained good curative effect by applying on various diseases.
