破血逐瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤40例

The Expelling Blood Stasis Method in Treating Uterine Fibroids for 40 Cases

目的探讨破血逐瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取80例气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者,采取双盲法,将其平均分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组患者给予中医理气解郁破血逐瘀法,对照组患者给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的显效率是77.5%(31/40),对照组患者的显效率是65%(26/40),观察组患者的显效率要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率是97.5%(39/40),对照组患者的总有效率是80%(32/40),观察组患者的总有效率要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,两组患者未发现异常情况。结论中医破血逐瘀法治疗气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤效果显著,无明显不良反应,安全、可靠,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the expelling blood stasis method in treating uterine fibroids. Methods 80 cases of patients with uterine fibroids of stagnation of qi and blood stasis were selected in our hospital. They were dividied into observation group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases according to double blind method. The observation group was treated by the expelling blood stasis method. The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule. The effect was compared. Results The complete relief rate of the observation group and the control group was 77.5%（31/40） and 65%（26/40）, respectively, and the complete relief rate of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 97.5%（39/40） and 80%（32/40）, respectively, and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expelling blood stasis method was an effective treatment for uterine fibroids.
