穴位敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎及支气管哮喘60例

Point Application for the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis and Bronchial Asthma for 60 Cases

目的分析研究穴位敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎及支气管哮喘的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2014年2月—2014年6月治疗的慢性支气管炎及支气管哮喘患者120例,将全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予对症支持疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴,比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组总有效率及临床治愈率均显著高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽,咯痰及喘息症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎及支气管哮喘临床疗效满意,且可明显改善患者呼吸困难症状,值得在临床上使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of point application for the treatment of chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma. Methods 120 patients with chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma were recruited from February 2014 to June 2014, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received symptomatic treatment, while the observation group was treated with the point application on the basis of symptomatic treatment. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The clinical effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistical significant. The improvement of cough, stethocatharsis and gasping score of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Point application treatment is effective in treating chronic bronchitis and bronchial asthma, and it is worthy of clinical application.
