中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎43例

Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 43 Cases

目的分析中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者86例,将其随机分为研究组与对照组各43例。给予研究组膝关节骨性关节炎患者中西医结合治疗,给予对照组膝关节骨性关节炎患者西医治疗。结果对两组膝关节骨性关节炎患者经过治疗一个疗程后进行随访观察。研究组患者和对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为97.67%、86.40%,研究组的治疗效果优于对照组,两组数据差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有很好的治疗效果,治疗有效率高,疗程确切,能改善患者软骨细胞功能,同时克服西医治疗的不良反应。

Objective Analysis of the curative effect of integrated medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Selecting 86 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, they were randomly divided into research group and the control group, and each group had 43 cases. The reaerch group was given therapy of integrated medicine. The control group received Western medicine. Results After one treatment course, the two groups of patients were followed-up. The total effective rate of the research group and the control group was 97.67 %and 86.40%, respectively. The therapeutic effect of the research group was better than that of the control group, there was significant dif-ference（ P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistical significant. Conclusion The integrated medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has very good therapeutic effect, high therapeutic efficiency and exact effect, and can improve function of cartilage cell, at the same time, overcomes the adverse reactions of Westen medicine.
