摘要
在当前医患关系的影响下医务工作者和在校医学生的实际心理健康状况都正在面临着巨大挑战,学校必须结合医务工作者的心理特点对在校学生加强心理健康教育,防患于未然,使他们能够在健康成长为合格医务人员的道路上,以更积极的态度去学习和工作,提高幸福感。
Under the influence of doctor-patient relationship, mental health of medical workers and students are facing with tremendous challenge, thus medical universities should offer preventive mental health education to students considering that of medical workers. These measures will ensure them more positive attitude and happiness in both learn and work.
