补阳还五汤联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆

Vascular dementia treated by Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Oxiracetam

目的观察补阳还五汤联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将60例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,奥拉西坦注射液4 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液100 m L,静滴,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用补阳还五汤(黄芪、当归尾、川芎、赤芍等)辨证治疗。结果经过4周治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.3%,明显优于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤可益气活血、化瘀通络、醒脑开窍,联合奥拉西坦可通过多途径、多环节、多靶点发挥抗脑缺血神经细胞凋亡的作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined Oxiracetam for treatment of vascular dementia. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,thirty for each.Control group were given to conventional treatment of western medicine and the treatment group were given to combination therapy（ Buyang Huanwu decoction） on the basis of the control group. Results After 2 weeks treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 93. 3%,better than the control group of 70. 0%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of the treatment group for vascular dementia were obviously better than the control group,worthly clinical application.
