逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁症

Modified Xiaoyao Powder in treatment of postoperative breast cancer accompanied with depression

目的观察逍遥散加味治疗乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将68例乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例,在常规化疗基础上,治疗组给予逍遥散加味治疗,对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,连续治疗4周,观察2组治疗后2、4、6周的HAMD评分及治疗前、后1、2、4周白细胞、红细胞及血小板变化。结果治疗后2组HAMD评分均有不同程度降低(P<0.05),治疗组在同一时间HAMD评分降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在同一时间骨髓抑制缓解程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加味在乳腺癌术后伴发抑郁症患者的治疗中能明显改善HAMD评分,并快速缓解化疗后的骨髓抑制。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of postoperative breast cancer accompanied with depression. Methods The 68 cases of postoperative breast cancer accompanied with depression were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each. It was based on conventional chemotherapy of patients with depression after breast cancer surgery. The Treatment group gave Modified Xiaoyao powder. Controlgroup gave paroxetine. Continuous group have cured for 4 weeks,observing the changes of the patients＇ HAMD score in the two groups after treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,and observing the changes of routine blood white cells,red cells and platelets after 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks after the treatment. Results The two groups of patients with HAMD scores reduced to varying degrees after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the decrease in HAMD score of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; treatment group prevented was significantly better than the control group at the same time of bone marrow（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao Powder has significant efficacy on the treatment of breast cancer accompanied with depression patients.
