乳癖散结胶囊联合三苯氧胺治疗乳腺增生 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察乳癖散结胶囊联合三苯氧胺口服对乳腺增生症的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取乳腺增生症患者120例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,治疗组给予乳癖散结胶囊联合三苯氧胺口服治疗,经期停药,连续服药2个月经周期为1疗程,对照组只采用三苯氧胺口服治疗,服用方法同治疗组,对比2组治疗1疗程后乳房肿块长径、乳房疼痛时间、中医证候积分改善、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后乳房肿块缩小及疼痛天数改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各项中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率95.0%,高于对照组60.0%(P<0.05);治疗过程中2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论乳癖散结胶囊联合三苯氧胺口服可有效缓解乳腺增生患者疼痛症状,缩小乳房肿块。 Objective To observe the Rubisanjie capsule combined with tamoxifen and ammonia oral of breast hyperplasia treatment efficacy and safety. Methods The 120 breast hyperplasia were selected randomly divided into treatment group and control group,patients in the treatment group were given Rubisanjie capsule combined with tamoxifen oral treatment,menstrual with drawal,continuous medication for 2 menstrual cycles for a course of treatment,the control group only used for oral treatment with tamoxifen,taking method the treatment group,the two groups were compared after treatment of breast lumps,breast pain time,length and diameter of TCM syndrome integral,improve the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction conditions. Results After treatment,reducing swelling and breast pain days significantly improved than that of the control group( P〈0. 05); TCM syndrome scores after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 05); the treatment group total effective rate 95. 0% was significantly higher than that in control group 60%( P〈0. 05); in the course of treatment in the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Rubisanjie capsule combined with three benzene oxygen and ammonia oral can effectively alleviate the pain symptom in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands; reduce breast lumps,and no obvious adverse reactions,curative effect.
