《针灸大成》中治疗耳鸣耳聋经穴考辨

Acupoints for treatment of deafness and tinnitus in great compendium of acupuncture and moxibustion

目的基于知识发现技术,对《针灸大成》中治疗耳鸣、耳聋条文进行系统整理与数据挖掘,揭示古代医家治疗耳鸣、耳聋用穴规律。方法输入"耳"等检索词对《针灸大成》全文进行检索,将检索出条文按纳入标准及排除标准逐一筛查,建立数据库,运用频数统计、关联分析等方法揭示数据中蕴藏的一般规律。结果纳入《针灸大成》中治疗耳鸣、耳聋条文85条,见于23个篇章,其中治疗耳鸣辨证施穴的有28处,治疗耳聋用穴精要的有57处,耳鸣、耳聋应用共同腧穴治疗的有12处。结论治疗耳鸣、耳聋选用经穴差异性小;治疗耳鸣、耳聋以局部经穴为主,循经取穴为辅;历代医家重视应用井穴治疗耳鸣、耳聋。

Objective Reveal the acupoints rules of the ancients＇ treatment of tinnitus and deafness by mining and sorting the literature about deafness and tinnitus in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion based on knowledge discovery in databases. Methods Enter search terms such as ears to retrieve the full text of Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Screen the pieces of information selected by inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria,and establish a database. Reveal the general rules exist in the data through the statistical methods such as frequency statistics and relevance analysis. Results The authors bring 85 pieces of effective information,from 23 chapters,into this paper from Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Among them,there are 28 pieces of information about the dialectical treatment of tinnitus,57 about the treatment of deafness,12 about the common acupoints in treating deafness and tinnitus. Conclusion The results show that there are small differences in selecting acupoints of treating deafness and tinnitus; the local acupoints were selected mainly but the meridian acupuncture as a supplement; and the physicians of past generations attached great importance to the use of Jing-well points to treat tinnitus and deafness.
