摘要
目的通过对入选患者行IL-35、hs-CRP、IL-18指标的检测,评价这些指标在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者中的变化及相关性。方法对入选的128例行冠脉造影患者,根据冠脉造影结果及临床类型分为对照组、稳定心绞痛组(SAP),不稳定心绞痛组(UAP)和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组。酶联免疫法检测IL-35、hs-CRP、IL-18指标。结果与对照组和SAP组比较,UAP、AMI组IL-35水平明显下降,hs-CRP、IL-18水平明显升高;与UAP组比较,AMI组IL-35水平明显下降,hs-CRP、IL-18明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-35与Hs-CRP、IL-18进行相关性分析发现,校正多种危险因素后,ACS组中血浆IL-35表达水平仍与hs-CRP、IL-18呈负相关(r1'=-0.482,r2'=-0.365<0.01)。结论 IL-35与hs-CRP、IL-18密切相关,提示促炎和抗炎失衡促进了ACS的发生发展,联合多指标检测有利于早期对ACS进行危险分层,减少冠脉事件的发生。
Objective By investigating the changes of IL-35,hs-CRP,IL-18 in patients with selected patients,to evaluae the changes and correlation of the indexes and discuss the 1mechanism in the development of ACS. Methods One hundred and twentty-eight patients given coronary angiography and clinical diagnosis were divided into four groups: control group,stable angina group,unstable angina group and the acute myocardial infarction. detection of IL-35、hs-CRP、IL-18 index were detected by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of IL-35 were significantly lower than that in control group and SAP group,however,hs-CRP,IL-18 were significantly higher. Compared with SAPgroup,The level of the IL-35 were lower in the group of UAPgroup and AMI group. hower,the level of the hs-CRP,IL-18 were higher. The level of the hs-CRP,IL-18 in the AMI group. were higher The differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Partial correlation analysis adjusted for sex,age,diabetes mellitus,high blood pressure and smoking factors,the expression of IL-35 in plasma in coronary heart disease group level still negative correlated with hs-CRP and IL-18( r1' =- 0. 482,r2' =- 0. 365,P〈0. 01). Conclusion IL-35 and hs-CRP,IL-18 are closely related,suggesting that the imbalance between proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory and promote the occurrence and development of ACS,the joint detection of multiple indicators is beneficial for early risk stratification of ACS,reduce the incidence of coronary events.
