宝钢转炉滚筒钢渣细集料用于微表处的耐磨耗性能与抗水损害性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 对比分析了宝钢转炉滚筒钢渣细集料与石灰岩细集料的理化性质,评价其作为微表处细集料的可行性。采用MS-3型微表处级配中值作为设计级配,以4种不同的钢渣体积掺量(0%、50%、75%、100%)和两种乳化沥青用量(油石比6.15%和6.79%)制作微表处试件,测试其1h湿轮磨耗值与6d湿轮磨耗值,试验表明钢渣掺量为100%的微表处试件的耐磨耗性能提升了50%-60%,抗水损害性能提升了85%~95%。 Comparing the physical and chemical properties of Baosteel Converter Roller Steel Slag fine aggregate and limestone fine aggregate, evaluating its feasibility of being the micro - surfacing fine aggregate. Adopting the median gradation of MS -3 type micro -surfacing as a design gradation, using four different volume parameters ( 0% , 50% , 75% , 100% ) of steel slag and two kinds of emulsified asphalt content (6.15% and 6.79% of Oil stone ratio ) to make micro - surfacing specimen, than measuring 1 h and 6 d WTAT value. The results showed that the resistance ability to abrasion and water damage of micro - surfa- cing specimen of 100% volume parameters increase by 50% -60% and 85% -95%.
