宫颈癌与原癌基因及抑癌基因的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 宫颈癌是女性最常见的癌症之一,每年全世界有超过50万的新发病例,且约有25万女性死于宫颈癌。宫颈上皮细胞暴露于致癌的人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)高危亚型,使正常宫颈组织发生宫颈上皮内瘤变的风险增加,持续的HPV感染则是其得以发展为宫颈癌的前提,但单一HPV感染不足以引发细胞恶变,宫颈癌的发生还与免疫、内分泌、营养状况、基因改变等多方面因素相关。近年发现,宿主原癌基因的过量表达或功能异常及抑癌基因的失活、缺失与宫颈癌的发生和发展相关,如原癌基因c-Met、颗粒蛋白前体(PGRN)、婆罗双树样基因4(SALL4),及抑癌基因第10号染色体同源缺失的磷酸酶/张力蛋白基因(PTEN)、肝激酶B1(LKB1)、富含亮氨酸重复序列免疫球蛋白样蛋白1(LRIG1)等。现就近年宫颈癌与上述基因的相关性研究进展进行综述。
