摘要
落叶松树皮粉与苯酚3/7质量比混合,在Na2SO3、CaSO3和NaOH作用下高温活化制得落叶松树皮粉~苯酚（PT）活化液,将PT活化液与尿素（U/PT质量比43%）、甲醛溶液用NaOH催化反应制得落叶松树皮粉-苯酚-尿素-甲醛树脂胶黏剂（PTUF）胶。该胶可用于生产E_0级室外型胶合板,其原料成本比PUF胶低230~800元/t,具有推广应用价值。
Larch bark powder and phenol mixed according to 3/7 ratio are made the PT activator liquor using Na2SO3, CaSO3 and NaOH as catalyst under high temperature. The PT activator liquor and urea （U/PT ratio 43%）, formalin are made the PTUF resin using NaOH as catalyst. The PTUF resin is used to make E0 grade outdoor plywood, its raw materials cost is lower than PUF resin about 230-800 RMB/t. The PTUF resin has application value.
