阿托伐他汀联合低分子肝素治疗频繁发作的短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合低分子肝素治疗频繁发作的短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察。方法选取我院2011年5月~2014年5月收治的短暂性脑缺血发作患者88例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础之上再给予阿托伐他汀联合低分子肝素治疗。治疗后,比较两组的血液流变学指标、血脂水平的变化及疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组的纤维蛋白原、低切黏度、高切黏度、血浆黏度均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）,且治疗组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组的LDL-C、TC较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）,且治疗组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;且治疗组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论对于频繁发作的短暂性脑缺血发作患者的治疗,阿托伐他汀联合低分子肝素能显著改善患者的血液流变学与血脂水平指标,提高治疗有效率,临床效果显著。
