摘要右美托咪定(DEX)是一种新型的高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,临床应用发现DEX与咪达唑仑或丙泊酚镇静程度相似,且无呼吸抑制,产生可唤醒的镇静,具有拟"自然睡眠"功能,是一种较为理想的重症监护治疗病房镇静药,目前已广泛应用于临床。近年来,越来越多的基础和临床研究发现,DEX不仅具有良好的镇静效果,还有助于抑制机体炎症反应,具有器官功能保护的作用。 Dexmedetomidine（DEX） is a novel and highly selective α2-adrenoreceptor agonist,which has similar sedative effect with midazolam or propofol .Moreover,it produces the calming effect can be awakened just like natural sleep,and without respiratory depression.DEX is an ideal sedative drugs and now it has been widely used in clinical.In recent years,more and more clinical and preclinical studies have indicated that DEX not only has good sedative effect,but also helps to suppress the inflammatory response and has the organ protection effect.
