The Research Progress of Relationship between Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome and Retinopathy

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是临床上耳鼻喉科较为常见的一种疾病,是指在睡眠过程中反复发作上气道狭窄或阻塞,出现鼾声、呼吸暂停或通气不足,引起白天过度嗜睡等症状的临床综合征。其发病率呈逐渐增高趋势,可导致高血压、胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病、心律失常、心功能不全、脑血管疾病及眼部病变等并发症。近年来大量的临床资料显示,OSAHS患者可伴有多种视网膜病变,该文就OSAHS与视网膜病变关系的研究进展予以综述。

Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）,a common disease in clinical ENT, refers the clinical syndrome of repeated upper airway stenosis or obstruction during sleep episodes,with sno-ring,apnea or inadequate ventilation,causing excessive daytime sleepiness and other symptoms.Its incidence is presenting an increasing trend,and it can lead to hypertension,insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes,arrhyth-mia,heart failure,cerebrovascular disease and eye disease and other complications.In recent years,a large number of clinical data demonstrate , OSAHS patients may be associated with a variety of retinal diseases . Here is to make a review of the research progress of relationship between OSAHS and retinopathy .
