活血止痛滴丸不同提取工艺的药效对比研究

Comparative Study on Effect of Different Extraction Technology of Huoxue Zhitong Dripping Pill

目的:比较水提法和醇提法对活血止痛滴丸药效的影响,为活血止痛滴丸的生产工艺研究提供科学依据。方法:将80只小鼠和80只大鼠分别按体重随机各分为8组,小鼠组连续给药3天后,腹腔注射0.6%冰醋酸溶液,观察小鼠扭体情况;大鼠组造模后连续给药5天,分别于第3天和第5天测量同一部位的股骨腿部长度及厚度。结果:活血止痛滴丸水提取物中剂量组可降低冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数,与模型组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。给药3天后两种提取物均可减轻大鼠瘀血肿胀的宽度,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.01),且水提物药效略优于醇提物;其中水提物高剂量组在给药5天与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论:活血止痛滴丸的水提取物作用优于醇提取物。

Objective： To comparison the method of water and alcohol were dropping pill to invigorate the analgesic efficacy and the effect of production technology of dropping pill for huoxue pain research provided the scientific basis. Methods： 80 big rats and 80 small rats were respectively divided into eight groups, according to their body weight; the small rats group intraperitoneal injection of 0.6% glacial acetic acid solution, for 3 consecutive days, observation the body torsion;the group of big rats after modeling, continuous administration for 5 clays,in 3 and 5 days to measure the same part of the femur length and thickness of the legs. Results： Huoxue pain in the water extract of middle dose group can decrease body torsion times of small rats which caused by glacial acetic acid,compared with the model group bad significant difference（P〈0.05）; for administration three days two extracts can reduce the width of the hemo- stasis swelling in rats, compared with the model group had significant difference（P〈0.01 ）, and the water extract efficacy were slightly better than alcohol extract; The water extract of high dose group in the administration for 5 days had significant difference between the control group and the model （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Huo xue zhi tong dropping pill＇s water extract effect is better than alcohol extracts.
