低钾麻痹46例临床分析及探讨血清肌酶升高的原因

Analysis of the Clinical Features and to Study the Cause of the Increased Serum Creatase in 46 Patients with Hypokalemic Palalysis

目的:总结低钾麻痹的常见病因和临床表现及血清肌酶改变。方法:回顾分析46例低钾麻痹患者的病因、主要临床表现、辅助检查。结果:我院低钾麻痹的常见病因有低钾性周期性麻痹、急性肠炎、利尿剂的副作用、甲亢性周期性麻痹等。部分患者尤其有肌肉疼痛者肌酸磷酸肌酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)升高,且和肌力、血钾水平有明显的关系,患者肌力正常后肌酶也恢复正常。结论:低钾麻痹患者肌酶升高和肌细胞膜通透性增高有关。

objective： To summarize the common cause and the clinical features and changes of serum creatase in pa- tients with hypokalemic palalysis. Methods：The cause and the clinical features and the accessory examnation were analyzed retrospectively in 46 patients with hypokalemic palalysis. Re- suits ：The common cause of the hypokalemic palalysis in our patients were hypokalemic periodic palalysis , acute enteritis, side effects of the diuretics and thyrotoxic periodic palalysis, se- rum creatase（CPK, LDH） were increased in the partial patients with myalgia, and clear relationship to muscle power, potassium levels ,and returned to normal along with muscle power normal. Conclusion： the elevated serum creatase were related to in- creased permeability of the muscle cell membrane.
