综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎120例的临床观察

Clinical Observation of 120 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated by Comprehensive Therapy

目的：探讨和观察中西医结合和微波的综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法：将我院2010年4月~2013年10月收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,所有患者均以抗菌药物和丹参治疗为基础,观察组采用中药灌肠和腹部微波治疗,对照组采用口服中药治疗,疗程3个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应。结果：观察组显效率（93.3%）显著高于对照组（78.4%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但观察组总有效率（98.3%）与对照组（95.0%）比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 ：中西医结合和微波的综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,临床使用安全,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective： Study and observation of combina- tion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and micro-wave combination therapy in the treatment of chronic pdvic in- flammatory disease. Method： Will my courtyard in 2010 April to 2013 October, 120 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory dis- ease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group, all the patients were to antimicrobial drugs and Salvia mihiorrhiza in treatment for foundation, observation group used traditional Chinese medicine enema and abdominal microwave treatment, the control group with oral administration of Chinese medicine treatment, the course was 3 months, observed in two group of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reaction. Results： The observation group significant efficiency （ 93.3% ） was significantly higher than that in control group （78.4%）, there was significant differ- ence between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）; but the observation group total effective rate （98.3%） and control group （95%） to compare difference not to have statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）; the two group the incidence of adverse reactions to compare differ- enee not to have statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and microwave combination therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect, safe for clinical use, it is worth popularizing and application.
