摘要
通常镀膜玻璃中添加的过渡层,主要用于降低涂层与玻璃在热膨胀系数上的差异,同时也起到防止玻璃成分向涂层渗透。镀膜玻璃本身就是一个系统,系统中的透射比(T)及反射比(R)可通过麦克斯韦场方程计算。作为样本,本文计算了"钛氧化物镀膜玻璃"系统中的透射比及反射比,并用模型计算程序模拟了不同的情况。本文将重点讨论钛氧化物涂层、过渡层及玻璃基体这三者的厚度、折射率和消光系数是如何影响整个系统的透射比和反射比的。
The transition layer is usually used to reduce the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between coating and glass,but also to prevent glass coating permeability. Coating glass itself is a system,the transmission ratio( T) and reflection ratio( R) of the system can be calculated by Maxwell field equation. As a sample, this paper calculated the " titanium oxide coated glass " system in the transmittance and reflectance ratio,and use the model to compute the program to simulate the different situations. The thickness,refractive index and extinction coefficient of the titanium oxide coating,transition coating and glass plate are discussed in this paper, which affect the transmittance and reflectance of the whole system.
