基于结构过程结果评价模式护理质量评价体系的构建

Construction of nursing quality assessment system based on structure-process-result assessment model

目的：构建全面评价临床护理质量的指标体系，促进临床护理质量的提高。方法以结构过程结果评价模式为指导，应用德尔菲专家函询法，以 Lynn 4点评分法、界值法和层次分析法进行指标筛选和指标权重确定。结果通过研究形成的护理质量指标体系，包含3个一级指标、12个二级指标和9个三级指标，指标的重要性、专家效度和权重分析结果均达到要求。结论研究构建的质量评价指标体系能够全面的评价护理工作，为临床护理质量评价和提高提供科学的依据。

Objective To construct a evaluation system of nursing quality in order to improve the quality of clinical care. Methods Based on the structure-result-assessment model, Delphi expert consultation, Lynn scores, boundary value and AHP were used to select and weight items. Results The evaluation system contained 3 first level items, 12 secondary items and 9 third level items, and the importance of indicators, expert content validity and weight analysis results were acceptable. Conclusions The evaluation system provides a scientific guidance for comprehensive evaluating and improving the quality of clinical care.
