摘要
目的比较分析延时摄像胚胎观测技术(time-lapse)培养和常规体外受精(IVF)胚胎培养对临床结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2015年1月期间110例time-lapse周期和2 274例常规IVF胚胎培养周期的临床结果。分别在周期受精数≤10和>10的情况下,比较time-lapse培养周期和常规IVF胚胎培养周期的卵裂数、D3优质胚胎数、D3优质胚胎率、种植率、临床妊娠率。结果在周期受精数≤10的情况下,time-lapse培养周期组和常规IVF胚胎培养周期组的卵裂数、优质胚胎数、优质胚胎率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组种植率(30.1%vs.35.4%)和临床妊娠率(47.7%vs.55.5%)亦无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而在周期受精数>10的情况下,time-lapse培养周期组和常规IVF胚胎培养周期组的种植率(56.8%vs.40.0%)和临床妊娠率(77.8%vs.57.5%)均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论受精数>10的周期通过time-lapse培养,可以获得比常规IVF培养更高的种植率和临床妊娠率。
Objective: To explore the effect of time-lapse and conventional IVF/ICSI culture on clinical outcomes. Methods: The data of 110 cycles of time-lapse monitoring and 2 274 cycles of conventional IVF/ICSI in our reproductive center from October 2013 to January 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. The cleavage number,high quality embryo number,high quality embryo rate,implantation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between time-lapse and conventional IVF/ICSI group respectively according to fertilisation number ≤10 or〉10.
Results: When the fertilisation number of cycles was ≤10, there were no significant differences in cleavage numbers, high quality embryo number, high quality embryo rate, implantation rate (30.1% vs. 35.4%) and pregnancy rate (47.7% vs. 55.5%) between the two groups (all P〉 0.05) . When the fertilisation number of cycles was〉10,the implantation rate(56.8% vs. 40.0%)and pregnancy rate (77.8% vs. 57.5%)in time-lapse group were higher than those in conventional IVF/ICSI culture group (P〈0. 05).
Conclusions. Time-lapse culture can significantly improve implantation rate and pregnancy rate when the fertilisation number of cycles is greater than 10.
