摘要
患儿男性，5岁，发作性抽搐半个月，于2012年10月10日入本院视频脑电监测病房行24H 视频脑电监测检查。患者家属诉其半个月前无诱因出现抽搐发作，于清醒及睡眠中均有发作，几乎每天发作数次，发作时先有左手麻木感继之左手呈爪样抽搐，同时面部表情僵硬、双眼上翻，不能说话，同时发笑，每次发作时意识清楚，1min 左右缓解。头颅 CT 示未见异常，患儿既往体健，足月出生，无低氧史，无癫痫家族史，无高热惊厥病史。
