清胰解毒汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床研究

Effectiveness of Qingyi Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的 :探讨清胰解毒汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 :将 91例重症急性胰腺炎分为两组 ,在内科综合治疗的基础上 ,治疗组 4 2例给予清胰解毒汤胃管内注入 ,对照组 4 9例给予硫酸镁胃管内注入。结果 :治疗组治愈率为 92 .86 % ,肠功能恢复时间为 (7.15± 1.79) d,胰腺继发感染的发生率为 8.89% ;对照组治愈率为 81.6 3% ,肠功能恢复时间为 (11.37± 3.2 5 ) d,胰腺继发感染的发生率为 2 3.91% ;两组比较 P <0 .0 5。结论 :清胰解毒汤可明显地降低重症急性胰腺炎的病死率 ,较快地恢复胃肠功能 ,减少胰腺继发感染的发生率。

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of Qingyi Jiedu decoction (QJD) in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods: Ninety-one SAP cases were divided into two groups: group A (n=42) treated with QJD and group B (n=49) treated with MgSO4.Results: In the group A, the recovery rate was 92.86 %, the recovery time of intestinal function was(7.15±1.79)days and the infectious rate in pancreas was 8.98 %. In the group B, the above parameters were 81.63 %,(11.37±3.25)days and 23.91 % respectively.Conclusion: QJD could reduce the mortality of SAP obviously, recovery intestinal function quickly and increase the infectious rate in pancreas.
