摘要 曼氏裂头蚴病是一种人兽共患性寄生虫病,对人类的健康构成严重威胁。蛇蛙是曼氏迭宫绦虫重要的第二中间宿主,是人裂头蚴病的重要感染源。论文综述了人体曼氏裂头蚴病诊断方法,并重点阐述了该诊断方法在蛇蛙上的应用,以期为蛇蛙曼氏裂头蚴病诊断技术的发展提供资料。 Sparganosis mansoni is a parasitic zoonosis,and has a serious threat to human health. Being the important second intermediate hosts of Spirometra mansoni, frogs and snakes are the main sources of hu- man sparganosis. This paper reviewed the diagnosis technologies of sparganosis mansoni in human beings, and mainly described their application in frogs and snakes, to provide references for the development of diagnosis in frogs and snakes.
