浏阳黑山羊捻转血矛线虫感染情况调查及pcox1基因分析

Prevalence Investigation And pcox1 Gene Identification of Haemonchus contortus in Liuyang Black Goats

为调查浏阳黑山羊捻转血矛线虫的感染情况,为养殖者提供科学数据,本研究通过洗涤法对浏阳黑山羊捻转血矛线虫进行了感染情况调查,结果显示不同季度捻转血矛线虫感染情况不同,第一季度的感染率为39.1%,第二季度的感染率为46.7%,第三季度的感染率为81.3%,第四季度的感染率为53.3%;通过线粒体DNA pcox1基因对捻转血矛线虫虫种进行鉴定,目的基因片段大小约为480bp。

The investigation on the infection of Haemonchus contortus in Liuyang black goats was conducted to provide scientific data for farmers. The prevalence of Liuyang black goats Haemonchus contortus was in vestigated by autopsy method and washing method. The results showed that the infection of Haemonchus contortus in different quarters is different. The infection rates in four quarters are 39.1%, 46.7 %, 81.3% and 53.3 % ,respectively. The Haernonchus contortus species was identified with mitochondrial DNA pcoxl gene,the result showed that the length of objective gene is about 480 bp.
