摘要
为了解我国奶山羊无浆体病的流行情况,应用套式PCR方法对2012年7月至2014年9月采自河南、云南、陕西共12个县区奶山羊的300份血样和204份奶样无浆体16SrRNA基因和MSP4基因进行检测,结果在血液样品中共检出3种无浆体,分别为嗜吞噬细胞无浆体(Anaplasma phagocytophilum)、牛无浆体(A.bovis)和绵羊无浆体(A.ovis),阳性率分别为18%(54/300)、21.67%(65/300)、5.33%(16/300);血液无浆体总阳性率为23%(69/300);陕西奶山羊3种无浆体阳性率分别为A.phagocytophilum20.09%(47/234)、A.bovis 20.94%(49/234)、A.ovis 6.41%(15/234),河南分别为A.phagocytophilum11.11%(7/63)、A.bovis 25.4%(16/63),A.ovis 1.59%(1/63);云南均为0%(0/3)。仅在1份羊奶样品中检出A.ovis,阳性率为0.49%(1/204)。调查结果表明,奶山羊无浆体感染普遍存在;不同地区、不同品种、不同饲养方式奶山羊的无浆体阳性率及优势种存在差异;A.phagocytophilum作为人兽共患病原,在奶山羊养殖中应予高度重视。
To understand the prevalence of anaplasmosis for dairy goats in China, 300 blood samples and 204 milk samples were collected from dairy goats in a total of 12 counties in Henan,Yunnan and Shaanxi from 2012 July to 2014 September. 16 S rRNA and MSP4 genes of Anaplasma were examined using the nest polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The results showed that three species of Anaplasma were found in the blood samples,including Anaplasma phagocytophilum ,A. bovis and A. ovis. Their infection rates were 18%(54/300),21. 67% (65/300) and 5. 33% (16/300), respectively. The total positive rate of the blood samples was 23%(69/300). The infection rate of three species of Anaplasma in dairy goats of Shaanxi were A. phagocytophilum 20.09% (47/234) ,A. boris 20.94% (49/234)and A. ovis 6.41%, respectively. The infection rates in Henan were A. phagocytophilum 11. 11% (7/63),A. boris 25.4% (16/63)and A. ovis 1.59%(1/63) ,respectively. The infection rates in Yunnan was 0(0/3). Only A. ovis was checked in one milk sample and the infection rate was 0. 49%(1/204). The results of the survey showed that anaplasma was ubiquitous in dairy goats. There were differences in the Anaplasma infection rate of dairy goats from different regions,different varieties, different feeding ways. The dominant species was also different. As a zoonotic pathogen,A, phagocytophilum should be highly valued in dairy goat breeding.
