摘要
为了对某水貂场的水貂出血性肺炎进行诊断,通过病原分离、生化试验、16SrRNA的PCR扩增分析的方法对细菌进行鉴定,确定为肺炎克雷伯菌感染。药敏试验显示分离菌对氨苄西林、卡那霉素、林可霉素、四环素等药物耐药。
Dead minks with hemorrhagic pneumonia were diagnozed by pathogen isolation, biochemistry test, 16 S rRNA PCR analysis. The results showed that the pathogen was Klebsiella pneumoniae, and it was resistant to ampieillin,kanamyein,lineomyein and aehromycin aeeordind to drug sensitivity test.
