摘要
仓库在社会经济发展、商品储存和物资的输送中起着非常重要的作用。现代仓库的功能随着经济的多元化发展日益复杂化和多样化,仓库火灾的危险性和社会危害性及其造成的人员伤亡和财产损失呈现明显上升的趋势。结合我国已发特重大仓库火灾和严峻的火灾形势,在综合分析火灾原因、火灾风险及消防安全隐患的基础上,从火源控制、消防监管等等方面提出新常态下仓库火灾预防对策,以提高仓库火灾预防的能力,减少火灾的发生。
Warehouse plays a very important role in the goods store and transportation, it has the characteristics of material concentration and major fire hazard.The function of modern warehouse creasingly complex and diversified with the development of socio-economic diversification,warehouse fire has with great dangerous and bring great difficulties in firefighting and rescue supplies. In combination with the major warehouse fire case in the past few years, a comprehensive analysis based on the cause of the fire, the fire risk management is analyzed.The author puts forward the warehouse fire prevention and fire management countermeasures from the layout,construction and fire fire rescue to minimize warehouse fire under new normal.
